The house has 4 beds, 3-1/2 baths, large open plan kitchen, dining, living, and a second living room / den off the downstairs deck. Basement is owner occupied & has its own separate private entrance. The main floor has two bedrooms that have a king & a queen bed, so this house is best for 4 people max. The common area is comprised of the living room and kitchen beneath a vaulted cedar ceiling which makes for a great space for hosting guests.
