Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. La SUNNY HOUSE è un nuovissimo chalet posto in splendida posizione con vista sulle Dolomiti del Centro Cadore. Raggiungibile comodamente con l'auto, è isolato ma vicino al centro paese. Dotato di acqua potabile (bagno con doccia, lavello cucina),elettricità e riscaldamento con stufa a pellets, è perfetto per trascorrere qualche giorno immersi nella natura ma con tutti i comforts. Soppalco con letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli. Tv+frigobar. Solarium esterno con tavolo e panca. Posti auto.

Grande appartamento al secondo piano di villa a 1500 m.di altitudine con vista spettacolare sulle dolomiti, adatto a gruppi numerosi , fino a 11 persone.Per gruppi fino a 7 persone offro 2 stanze con servizi biancheria inclusa ,cucina con zona pranzo completa di stoviglie,bagno con doccia ,balcone panoramico ,lavanderia, posto auto e wifi. La casa si trova sulla strada che porta al rifugio Venezia sotto il monte Pelmo in vetta a 3168m, nelle giornate limpide si vede la laguna di Venezia.

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig ,geeignet für Naturliebhaber und Radfahrer,da der Radweg vorbeiführt.Hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein Wald. Die Ferienwohnung ist 75 m2 groß und hat 1 Wohnzimmer,1 Lesezimmer ( mit Schlafsofa),1 Schlafzimmer ( mit einen Doppelbett ),1 Wohnküche ,1 Bad mit Dusche und WC,und einen großen Balkon. Ortstaxe : € 1,60 pro Pers/ Nacht ab 16 Jahren vor Ort bei Anreise

Apartment Lilly is a two-bedroom holiday apartment with kitchen and dining room. Guests also have use of a private outside area in the garden and free parking is included. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny spot just 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk to the Lienz town centre and the Zettersfeld Ski lift. Families with children as well as couples will feel very much at home here. I'm happy to give holiday advice for any guests visiting in summer or winter.
