Our private, modern beach-style studio cabin is a scenic 5 min walk to the beach and the main street of Umina. It's on the bus line, making it an easy 10 mins to Woy Woy station. Also close to Umina Beach Caravan Park and Recreation Precinct. Club & cafes nearby. Strictly no smoking or pets allowed. Please include a photo of yourself on your Airbnb account, tell us what you will be doing here and the names, ages, genders of all guests for safety reasons and so we can ensure we are a good match.

Boathouse By The Bay

Relax and unwind in our beautiful, unique space, enjoying the sounds of nature as you indulge in the outdoor shower in the sun. With just a short walk to the waterfront, corner store and bottle shop, you can set up the perfect picnic down by the water or at home. Grab yourself one of Central Coasts best coffee's from Empires D'lite. If you are a bringing a boat along, you can plonk it in at Kendall Road wharf and be set for the day. There is also kids parks, tennis court and bbq area close by.

Tranquil self-contained garden suite

The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Not suitable for children under 12.

We’re a happy family who understand the need for privacy while on your getaway & will not intrude. The pool & garden is shared with us but we are often out and about. - In addition out of respect we will not use it early or late night. Full kitchen and BBQ. Blockout blinds &privacy curtains. All furniture and linen new and hotel quality. Toddler/baby friendly

Studio in a quiet street with private entry, comfortable double bed, smart TV, bathroom, washing mashine, kitchen and outside sitting area. It is close to beautiful beaches like Umina, Ettalong (10min 🚗), also to majestic waterways and national parks in Central Coast. It is within an hour drive /train ride from Sydney and Newcastle. Walking distance to Evarglades country golf club. Close to popular Yoga clubs, Deep Water Plaza shopping center and local pubs and eatery's.

A 3 min drive or a 10 min stroll to the beach or bays with great cafes & galleries & the renowned Bells is just a 700m stroll or drive up the road. For guests who may be attending a Bells function, we are happy to chauffeur.

During the day, use the private jetty to dive, SUP, kayak, fish or just laze around soaking in the rays. At night indulge in a cocktail and freshly made pizza from your personal pizza oven. Then sit around the fire pit while enjoying the amazing sunset.
