This idea has nurtured and maturing for several years. We started building these four houses in january '17 and they will be finish in march '18 The old Faroese houses are agreeabel to the overall Faroese landscape, and we therfore naturally targeted this ancient construction/building method. The ground floor: kitchen and living room in one. End a bathroom. Top floor: one master bedroom, intended for two grown-ups and an additonal open space aple to sleep two additional grown-ups. The view from the house is regarded among the very best in the Faroe Islands. Waterfront Boathouse Apartment in Hvalvík

Specious new boathouse apartment located in the bay in the small village Hvalvík in Streymoy, in the center area in the Faroe Islands. Less than an hour drive to the airport and about half an hour drive to the capital and all the other islands. 10 minutes drive to attractive hiking areas. 3 minutes walk to bus stop and a great pizzeria/fastfood and 5 minutes drive to ATM, grocery stores and petrol station. Lundi Cottage is one of the Múlafossur Cottages located by the world-renown waterfall in the village Gásadalur on the Faroe Islands. It is only a 10-20min drive from the only airport on the islands, shops and cafes as well as some of the most astounding Faroese sceneries such as Drangarnir, Tindhólmur and the lake Sørvágsvatn/Leitisvatn. Nyd det simple liv i denne fredelige nyrenoverede og centralt beliggende bolig. Her bor du tæt på mange af de bedste seværdighederne, på den nordlige del på Færøerne. Der er et rimelig stort soveværelse med en god dobbeltseng, som også kan være to enkelt senge. Der er et helt nyt køkken, så der er gode muligheder, for at lave mad, og der er kun 3 min., at gå til en madvarehandel. Der er en spiseplads, en hyggekrog med sofa, og så er der et lækkert badeværelse med en vaskemaskine.

Í Fjósinum

Í Fjósinum Glæd dig til at bo i et af Færøernes ældste huse. I dette hus kan du nyde den helt særlige stemning, af hjemlig og hyggelig atmosfære. Her er skæve vinkler, lavt til loftet, og en noget stejl trappe op til loftet, men dog god at gå på, hvor 2 soveværelser og badeværelse er. I stueetagen er der gangen, stuen og køkkenet, som er nænsomt renoveret, for to år siden. Der er udsigt til søen og de høje fjelde fra vinduerne.

Boathouse in Leirvík with spa Welcome to our modern boathouse with a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. The Area The house is located by the marina in Leirvík. It is a peaceful place close to a grocery, restaurant, a bowling alley, a shop with local craft, art and boat museum, and also Viking ruins. There are good conditions for fishing and fishing gear is available. There is free parking, Wi-Fi and cable TV.

Blue boathouse in Klaksvík, Faroe Islands

Experience this newly built boathouse located right by the seafront and only 100 m from a grocery store, local bakery/cafe, public svimming/spa hall and public busses. The boathouse is 50 m2 + a loft equipped with all modern conveniences. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom and the main area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a sofa area with a TV that has access to several channels and wifi.

Sommerhuset står helt tæt på havet med udsigt over fjorden, den nærliggende marina og Torshavn. Husets unikke placering gør det muligt at observere et varieret dyreliv af søfugle, enkelte sæle, fiskebåde, kaproningbåde og store cruisebåde helt tæt på. Dette lille hus er i 2 etager. I stueetagen er køkkenet og stuen samlet i et rum. På øvre etagen er soveværelset og badeværelset.

This is a unique igloo-inspired accommodation. The house is built to the highest environmental sustainability standards with ground-thermal heating, isolation, sustainable materials, and more. It is located in the charming village of Leynar, a central base to explore much of the Faroe Islands. The accommodation only 25 KM (16 Miles) from both the airport and the capital.

Cosy little old house in Tjørnuvík

This little lovely house is from around 1890. The house is under construction at the moment. We are installing a new bathroom, new fireplace and new kitchen. Pictures from the inside will be uploaded january 2017. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Free wifi.

Charming cottage next to the Atlantic

This house is build after a model from 1870. The atmosphere is there even you stay in a warm well equipped little cottage. Its 35 m2 big, and have one room and toilet and a small kitchen. A loft under the ceiling can host 2 persons extra. Keep in mind that there is still only one room to stay in. The house is in a charming village 56 km from Tórshavn.
