Objekt se nalazi tik uz obalu u prekrasnoj tirkiznoj i dinamičnoj uvali Kosirina. Pruža privatnost,okružen je zelenilom i cvijećem u sjeni stoljetne masline.Sastoji se od dnevnog boravka, kuhinje,sobe i kupaone. U sobi su dva francuska ležaja(galerija). Dnevni boravak je ostakljen mobilnim stjenkama i ima pogled na more i čitav zaljev. It offers full privacy and seclusion, while enjoying both interior and various exterior areas within the complex. The house is in the center of old town, originally built in 1813, and was owned by a noble family Vlatkovic-Kontini. Newly renovated, it offers comfort and amenities needed for enjoyable vacation.

Kućica je smještena na osami u uvali Doca na otoku Murteru, u potpunoj izolaciji. Do kuće se ne može doći autom već pješice(10 min hodanja od parkinga u kampu Kosirina).Ljetovanje podrazumjeva samoću, miris prirode, predivan pogled, nema gužve, buke ni prometa. The house is located right by the sea. It has its own parking and a place for a boat. It is modernly decorated and has everything needed to relax and rest. The only place is ideally located for a tour of the entire region. Nearby are NP Kornati and NP Krka as well as the city of Šibenik.
