This is a unique listing, read completely through it first. The walkout basement has 2 bedrooms, a family room, a full bathroom and place to prepare meals without a stove. Access is through the back door and patio areas. There’s a low impact elliptical machine in the smaller of the two bedrooms. The private patio area has a grill, umbrella, table, chairs, a fire pit and a couple swing for our booked guests only. (ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS). For the explorers, there are plenty of gravel roads to bike, kayaks available for the pond, and flora and fauna to find. ***Please note*** This is a dry cabin-meaning there are no water facilities inside, but there is an exterior entrance to a bathroom/shower off the main house that is available 24/7.

Koch Guesthouse

This spacious cabin sits on a small farm in Osage City, Kansas. It has all the amenities for a comfortable stay: loft bedroom with a queen bed, queen size bed on ground floor and a twin bed on ground floor. The cabin also has an open kitchen, bathroom with shower, wood-burning stove, surround-sound stereo and a TV (Netflix and YouTube available). You’ll have the entire place to yourselves. Be mindful that we often have cattle in the surrounding pasture.

"Not just an overnight stop-off on I-70 crossing the plains" This is a unique ranch stay. Step back to the mid-century timeframe, south of Topeka, 3 bedrooms, full kitchen/2 baths. This is an original cowboy bunkhouse serving travelers in an old-west setting. We invite anyone who is "cowboy curious" for a ranch stay, ask questions!- We love to discuss "the cowboy way". BTW, high speed internet so you won't miss favorite streaming TV.
