With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. Welcome to our lovely house in Wellswood, Torquay. Set in a conservation area, amongst leafy walkways and quiet streets. We have a spacious, comfortable guest suite (2 rooms and ensuite shower room) with its own entrance and free parking.. It is well located, only a fifteen minute walk from the harbour / town centre and the nearest beach (Meadfoot). It is partly uphill on way back. please note the guest suite does not have a kitchen. There is a kettle, toaster and microwave.
