Il soggiorno è lo spazio ideale per rilassarsi: un comodo divano, una smart TV da 50" (accesso a Netflix) e un tavolo perfetto per pranzare o lavorare al PC. Adatto a chi vuole rilassarsi, avendo tutti i servizi vicini, raggiungibili a piedi: stazione ferroviaria, scuole e Conservatorio, ospedale civile e attività commerciali. Vicino al mare, alla laguna di Venezia e al parco naturale del delta del Po.

Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per il gruppo) e della tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati saranno condivisi solo con Polizia e Comune. A Venezia gli ascensori sono rari: ci sono circa 50 gradini, ma non troppo ripidi. C'è un servizio di consegna bagagli direttamente in appartamento. C'è un deposito valigie.

We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

The apartment is located on the Giudecca island and belongs to the historical center of Venice . The most exciting thing when you arrive by boat is the wonderful view of the Giudecca Canal . A view that opens the heart and has captivated many artists who frequented the city .This part of Venice, perhaps one of the few that remained authentic, has been preserved from the arrival chaotic of the tourism with its own cultural and residential rooted tradition.
