You'll be only 10 mins by car from Santa Fe (one of the most important business and shopping areas in the city). The suite is warm and cozy. You'll have total independent access and it has all necessary features: Fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom/dressingroom, double bed, working desk and executive chair, Tv screen. Beautiful and practically* independent rooftop studio with its own little kitchen (basic stove, sink, and small refrigerator), private bathroom and terrace. Two exterior stairs led you to the rooftop. *The studio is located in the rooftop of our house, so you cross through the main house. We are located in San Miguel Chapultepec, a beautiful neighborhood next to Chapultepec Park and Condesa, near 2 subway stations, bike lanes, and metrobus.

Suite minimalista independiente totalmente equipada y muy iluminada. Excelente ubicación, en una tranquila zona residencial, a unas cuadras de Av. Insurgentes y Periférico. Localizada en una área privilegiada del sur de la ciudad, con cercanía al centro comercial Perisur (tiendas, cines y restaurantes), al super mercado Wallmart , al bosque de Tlalpan y a la Ciudad Universitaria. Además cerca de una estación de Metrobus y sitio de taxis.
