Walking distance to dozens of restaurants, shopping and transit giving you easy access to UCSD, Pacific Beach, Petco Park, and downtown via the San Diego Trolley (bus #27).This spacious 370 square foot unit has a private locked entrance, a private bathroom, and a private outside sitting area. Street parking is free but limited at times.

Surf Studio is on the ground floor of a quiet 5 unit apt building nestled behind host house. Street parking is available. ( Pls Do not park in front of 4069 Honeycutt across the street)
