Sea Breeze Villa with Stunning Views in Nissaki

The Sea Breeze Villa is a stone villa, made of traditional Corfiot stones from the nearby village called „Sinies“. The sea views from the wide front terrace and windows are breathtaking. Entering the villa you find yourself in a small hall, off which is a traditional cute kitchen with a window with views across the pool and patio doors onto the front terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can make breakfast, lunch or dinner. Enjoy a healthy breakfast on the terrace or a romantic dinner by the pool! Off the entering hall is also the spacious comfortable living room with lovely wooden floors made of cypress wood and many openings, which give way to the light and the sea breeze. The room has comfortable furnishings, an impressive antique dresser and a fireplace in the center. You can relax watching the view, reading a book, hearing music or even watching TV. To the back of the living room is the sunny dining area with a large window looking across the pool area. A corridor leads to a beautiful double bedroom and a bathroom with full bath. This bedroom has its own quiet private terrace surrounded by olive trees and flowers. Wide wooden stairs lead up to the first floor of the villa. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. This master bedroom has a window with spectacular sea views and a charming private roof terrace with views across the pool and the sea. This roof terrace is amazing at all times of the day and night. If you wake up early you can see the sun rising from the sea and at night you can watch the moon and its silver lightning over the sea. Romantic and stunning at the same time. On this floor there is also one twin bedroom with views from the window across the pool to the sea and another twin bedroom with a window to the side of the house. These two bedrooms share a nice bathroom with a window to the side. All bedrooms are air conditioned and heated. On the southwestern side of the island, in a virgin protected area, near the lake "Korission", of rare beauty, is located Villa "ARAXALI", within striking distance of gorgeous sandy beaches and clean blue seas. Baroque furniture, showases, flower arrangements, a wood heater, and a big table dominate the floor. Through the large wooden windows and the french windows that lead to an awning covered veranda, our gaze falls on the endless green, the wild flowers, the mountain, the beautiful sunset and the garden. A wooden staircase leads to the mezzanine floor - loft, where the visible roof beams "fall" towards the wooden floor. The floor comprises of two romantic bedrooms with windows that show on the natural landscape, one more bathroom and a small living room. On the cute living room, connected visually with the ground floor, a big window gives unbelievable views of the sea, the mountain, the virgin nature and the spectacular sunset, inviting the visitor to enjoy moments of total relaxation and pure bliss. A huge oak dominates the greenest of gardens, creating thick shade, as well as a natural "fan". Comfortable hammocks and a cozy bamboo sitting room set invite the guests to relax in their natural surroundings. Stone-covered paths lead towards the hand-constructed wood-burning oven and barbecue with the small yard where one can cook delicious dishes and traditional recipes. The house is perfect for those seeking something special, peaceful, away from the stress and noise of the city, but also for those who love nature, wind-surfing and kites, cycling and hiking.
