The unit is on the left end of the whole house. Its bedroom and bathroom are upstairs；the kitchen/dinning and washing machine are downstairs. NETFLIX and NBN WI-FI are provided.

Fully self contained one bedroom cottage close to transport, Parramatta CBD, restaurants, sporting venues, pubs and clubs via the new light rail. Only 6km from Homebush Olympic Precinct. A pretty garden setting with access to pool and outdoor entertaining areas. We have a sofa bed in the lounge room for extra accommodation and a portable cot on request. The home is walkable distance to local coffee shops , restaurants and Top Ryde shopping centre. The guest home is renovated in 2017 and sitting at the back of the house with independent entry.
