The house comprises of a large living room, two double bedrooms (with AC!) , a bedroom with bunk beds (also with AC!), two new bathrooms, a courtyard with outdoor shower,a large garden with BBQ, outdoor shower and private parking . The house has WiFi The closest beach is 20 minutes on foot (5min driving) while the beaches of Su Giudeu and Sa Tuerredda are less than 15 minutes away by car

Immersa in un bellissimo giardino , la"Villetta Chia" si sviluppa in pendenza collinare in un area fresca e tranquilla. Ampio giardino privato, prato verde e barbecue. Villetta Chia si presta anche per le vacanze in bassa stagione e per trascorrere i fine settimana lontano da casa. Ideale per gli amanti degli sport acquatici e all'aria aperta come surf, kite, jogging e mountain bike.

Eine Wohnküche mit Zugang zu einer Veranda und einer Terrasse mit atemberaubender Aussicht, ausgestattet mit einem Steingrill, Dusche, im Hintergrund "Su Giudeu", einer der schönsten Strände Italiens, nur 20’ zu Fuss entfernt. Jedes Schlafzimmer kann zwei Personen beherbergen, die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer eine Person, für insgesamt 5 Gäste. Das gesamte Haus ist klimatisiert.

Casa Sterlizia è vicina alle bellissime spiagge del sud Sardegna.Circondata da un ampio e verde giardino ricco di flora mediterranea e piante esotiche molto fresca e silenziosa. Facile raggiungere la farmacia, piccoli market e alcuni buoni ristoranti .Dotata di parcheggio, barbecue, doccia esterna, arredi vari e amache . Su richiesta bici con cui raggiungere le spiagge in 5 minuti dotate di catena e lucchetto. La casa è adatta per coppie e famiglie con bimbi. Auto necessaria.

Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
