Bella Vista Blu *BEACH FRONT* POOLS*

We loved this condo at first site. The view is unbelievable, and it's been recently upgraded and renovated. Walk down the condo stairs and follow a sandy 5 min walk to the ocean. Condo has an unobstructed view of the beach and ocean. This condo offers private condo beach access, two great pools and (1 ) free covered parking spaces. We would argue we offer the best ocean view on the island. This condo is on the third floor and no elevator. There are 46 steps however the view is amazing!

The condo is located on Mid Beach to enjoh leasurly walks to the main pier while having a calmer escape. An elevator is located in the garage for easy first floor access, the balcony looks over the green space and pool before giving way to the beach, and the onsite restaurant and bar, The Deck, is less than a 10 second walk out the door.

Great location - plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping and grocery stores nearby. New appliances, smart TVs in living area and bedroom (cable in living room). Bedroom has a queen-size bed and brand new leather recliner sofa in the living room. Rental includes 2 beach chairs, cart and umbrella. Absolutely no pets and no smoking allowed.
