You will enjoy a King bed, private bath, wifi, TV, mini fridge, a Fireplace in cooler months, and a complimentary breakfast bar. INDIGO is located on the second floor, you will need to climb stairs. We do not offer onsite parking but convenient parking lots are all within 1-2 blocks. $20-30 per night.

1,200 square foot Flat - Jasmine House

The Proprietor's Flat in the Main House has one, king-size bed and private bath with a tub/shower combination. Tastefully decorated with 18th century furniture, the private and luxurious flat also boasts a separate living room, dining room and kitchen in addition to beautiful hardwood floors. Amenities include hair dryer, iron/board, television, refrigerator, safe and high-speed internet access. These living quarters are the largest in the Jasmine House, totaling 1,200 sq. ft.

MAGNOLIA is located on the first floor with access off the main piazza. PARKING: there are multiple convenient parking lots 1-2 blocks away, ranging from $20-$30 per night.

Room 12- The Runabout: This 1st floor guest room has a private entry area & low foot traffic. The suite is furnished for up to 4 guests with 2 Queen-sized beds. The private bathroom is outfitted with a tub & shower. Swim in the largest pool on Folly Beach! Beach access is only 1 block away. Must be 21+ to book. Community grill. NO smoking. Pet friendly for 1 dog w/additional $125 + tax fee. NOTE: 1 on-site parking pass provided.
