Located by Piazza Santissima Annunziata, at only 3 minutes walk from the Duomo and the Academia Gallery (David) this place has been just renovated and decorated, and it benefits from a FULL A/C, brand new appliances and a 40" SMART TV with NETFLIX included. Restaurants, groceries and shops are all nearby!

Welcome to our charming apartment, located in the heart of Florence, in Piazza della Signoria. The apartment features a spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a lovely kitchenette, and a large living area. The living space is cozy and bright, with access to a small balcony offering breathtaking views of the square. The apartment also includes a second bathroom with a shower. To reach the elevator, you’ll need to climb 20 steps. There may be noise caused by tourists, is not predictable.

This is my bright family apartment, on the edge of the historic center. It's located on the 5th(elevator until 4th floor + 1 flight of stairs) and highest floor of a small building, in an elegant residential area. For me, it’s a quiet corner from which to admire hills and rooftops. We’ve renovated it, keeping the warmth of our real home hoping you'll feel part of the city. The sunsets from the entry window…they're a little something extra, I hope will leave you with lovely memories.

The suite is about 592 square feet with a wide living and a lovely balcony facing Arno River. It has an amazing view of the Ponte Vecchio as well as the Ponte Santa Trinita. The living room is open to a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a queen size bed and 2 closets. A large bathroom with 2 windows, double sinks and a walk-in shower, is connected with the bedroom. Wi-Fi and air conditioning system are provided.

Thanks to the location and the splendid view overlooking Florence, you will immediately feel part of the city. The apartment is a stone's throw from the Ponte Vecchio and therefore close to every attraction in Florence. N.b. The apartment is located in an elevated position and to reach it there is a climb and two flights of stairs to climb

The roof terrace

The roof terrace is located on the third and top floor, without a lift (where the brave dare) of a small building in the lively Sant'Ambrogio neighborhood, just steps from all the city's major attractions. From the terrace, you can enjoy views of the city's rooftops, including Brunelleschi's dome and the synagogue's dome. The apartment was completely renovated in the summer of 2022 to offer you the best possible accommodation.
