Charming Seaside House in Forio The house is just a short distance from Forio’s port, easily reachable by taxi in just 5 minutes or by bus, with a stop only 2 minutes away on foot. For those who prefer to drive, a free parking spot for small vehicles is available. ⚠ To access the accommodation, you need to go down an external staircase with 20 steps. The descent is simple and safe, but we mention it in advance to ensure full transparency for all our guests. This two-level property, approximately 120 sqm in size, also features a spacious terrace and a balcony with stunning sea views. The bright apartment offers sea views from every room and is situated in a peaceful, natural setting. It includes: Private Entrance 3 Bedrooms 3 Bathrooms Living Room Kitchen Balcony Terrace Lower Floor: THE FIRST BEDROOM features a new, comfortable double bed, a two-door wardrobe with wooden hangers, a sea-view desk with a chair, and a private router for optimal Wi-Fi connectivity, perfect for remote work. The room is equipped with bed linens, extra pillows, and both a spring and winter blanket. Adjacent to this room is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo, and toothpaste. UPPER FLOOR : A few steps up leads to the living room, which offers a full sea view. This area includes a comfortable sofa bed, a smart TV, air conditioning, a fridge with a freezer, a dining table for 6, and a large cupboard with all necessary cooking utensils including cutlery, pots, and glasses. The living room also has a small sea-view kitchen equipped with a large oven and cooking essentials (salt, oil, sugar, coffee, pepper, vinegar), and a cabinet with laundry and cleaning supplies. Next to the living room are TWO MORE BEDROOM, each with a new, comfortable double bed and breathtaking views of Cava dell'Isola. THE FIRST BEDROOM is furnished with a four-door wardrobe and bed linens, with an adjacent bathroom featuring a shower cabin. THE SECOND BEDROOM is spacious and has a four-door wardrobe; it can accommodate an extra cot if needed for a seventh person. This room also includes a private bathroom without a shower but with a bidet and towels. ADDITIONAL COMFORT: Air conditioning is available IN ALL ROOMS THE TERRACE , accessible from both the living room and bedrooms, is the highlight of the house: an outdoor area with a sea view, featuring a table for 4/8 people, new cushioned outdoor sofas, sun loungers, a beach chair, and a barbecue. Next to the terrace, a balcony with a fountain is equipped with a bucket, broom, and dustpan. Art enthusiasts will enjoy the paintings displayed throughout the house. Additionally, a private path near the house leads quickly to the famous Cava dell'Isola beach. The entire house, terrace, and balcony are for the exclusive use of the guests.

The big spaces and the smart disposition of the villa allows you to easily set up lunch and dinners both inside and outside the property, where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets on the sea. La casa è a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Forio d'Ischia, sulla spiaggia della baia di San Francesco. Nelle immediate vicinanze parcheggio, fermata autobus, stazione taxi, supermarket, ristorantini, bar e negozietti tipici. The bus stop for Forio is just 200 meters from the house while the one to reach the other places on the island is just over 600 meters. Daily trips from the port of Forio leave for boat trips to the nearby islands or to the mainland The Villa is located not far from the center of Forio and the touristic port. It can accommodate up to 7 people. The exclusive location allows easy access to the island's most beautiful and significant attractions, such as the Negombo Spa, the Poseidon Spa and the La Mortella gardens. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. The beautiful town of Forio it’s just 2 km from the villa is: with its narrow streets, craft shops, restaurants and clubs, it’s definitely a place to be in the island. Don’t forget to visit the famous Chiesa del Soccorso and the Torrione, and enjoy a pleasant day at the Poseidon spa.

Giuseppe Garibaldi, stayed there in 1884 to recover with the aid of the thermal waters from the wounds suffered during the battle of Aspromonte. Situato sul Corso principale di Lacco Ameno, e’formato da una camera da letto matrimoniale, poltrona letto, bagno, cucina. L'ampio terrazzo panoramicissimo, dal quale ammirare il porto di lacco ameno e il suo "fungo", è attrezzato per potervi cenare e sdraiarsi al sole. Basta scendere le scale di casa per avere tutto a disposizione; spiagge, fermata bus, taxi, parcheggio, supermarket, bar, ristoranti, shopping, e a meno di 1km la splendida baia di S. Montano e il Museo di Pithecusae.

L'angolo segreto di Giovanni il Pescatore

Casa Procidana come una volta, al centro del porto di marina grande,dove affaccia ad una meravigliosa vista che va da capo miseno a punta faro. L'appartamento conserva tutte le caratteristiche delle abitazioni Procidane di un tempo, in modo da potervi far immedesimare in un luogo storico dell isola. Dal balcone è possibile apprezzare lo spettacolo di luci che illumina la baia Procidana. Caratteristiche invece le paranze che giorno dopo giorno preparano le reti per uscire in mare.

The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen/living room area and a laundry room. And it also has a spacius balcony wich surrounds the house and where you can have breakfast and sunbathe. casa da maria ...a due passi dal mare

L'appartamento è a due passi dal mare, dalla spiaggia della chiaiolella, dove si può godere del sole dall'alba al tramonto!Nei dintorni sono presenti tutti i principali servizi dal ristorante al supermercato passando per tanti altri negozietti . La casa è inoltre collegata molto bene con tutte le altre zone dell'isola. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici).

Villa dei Lecci Celeste è incorniciata da folta vegetazione, e si rivolge interamente verso il mare affacciandosi con la sua terrazza su un panorama mozzafiato. Dall'area del parcheggio privato si accede alla villa attraverso un viale scavato nella roccia. La villa si compone di grande area living con cucina, due camere matrimoniali padronali con bagno privato e zona living. Da tutti gli ambienti si accede alla terrazza panoramica ed alla piscina infinity.
