Welcome to our Downtown Charmer apartment! Beautiful, recently updated 1 Bedroom/1 Bath apartment that is part of a larger home. This space is on the 2nd floor, with a private staircase entrance. This lovely retreat is peaceful and relaxed and only a few blocks to Carpinteria Beach. We are located less than a block from our main downtown area on Linden Ave. There is well over 20 restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream and candy specialty shops, you name it - to provide culinary delights.

Ojai Restored Retro Trailer on a Ranch!

Little Moon, fully renovated 1950 Aljo trailer, found buried to its axles in Mojave. Named after her original owner, a Native American woman named Little Moon, whose birth certificate was found in the trailer. She has now been rebuilt and completely restored and placed in a perfect location under oak trees and next to our vegetable garden on our ranch where our numerous animals keep her company. UPDATE: Brand new AC unit installed! Nice and cool for summer months now!
