The large air-conditioned upstairs has skylights & a full bathroom, kitchen is downstairs. Equipped with washer/dryer. 7 min walk/2 min. drive to Sagamore beach. No parking at beach. I am happy to drop you off if I’m around. Across the street playground & tennis courts. Close to cape cod canal for biking & Rt. 3 for bus/train.
