This is our own finished basement with totally private entrance. Full size Bed and a futon We love kids and have 3 of them. You might hear them walking upstairs lol. Please note: this is SECOND floor unit of a duplex in a historic set of row homes built in the late 1800s, with a somewhat narrow flight of stairs up to the unit.
