70sqm apartment located in a residential area, 15 minutes walk from the historic center (on the way back, part of the road is uphill!). It is lucky enough to receive the sun all day long until the beautiful sunsets that can be enjoyed from the balcony overlooking the lake. Small cafè, grocery and tobacconist 2minutes walk from home.
