Conveniently located minutes from historic downtown Beaufort, within walking distance of the Spanish Moss biking/hiking trail and Beaufort Memorial Hospital. Only 3 miles to the entrance of Parris Island (MCRD) and 22 miles to Hunting Island State Park.

Set out to see Beaufort's historic downtown 5 min away, the famous Spanish Moss Trail 5 min away, or the Parris Island Marine Base 20 min away.

We’ve renovated our mid-century chapel into a spacious , wonderfully outfitted vacation rental. The Chapel is exceptionally comfortable and very central-but still peaceful. Walk a mile along beautiful waterfront Bay Street and you're downtown amongst galleries, restaurants, bars, and shops and the 4 blocks in the other direction puts you on the Spanish Moss Trail, perfect for biking and running. For USMC graduations, Parris Island is an easy 6 mile drive- we are convenient to everything!

Belle Monte (beautiful mountain) on the water!

Belle Monte is a lovely light-filled 2 story home on high bluff overlooking Middle Creek off the Whale Branch river in Beaufort, SC. See gorgeous sunrises & watch the dolphins from the upstairs deck or sun porch. Great views of the water from most of the house. New lighted dock on deep water so bring your boat! Enjoy swimming (ladder provided), kayaking or paddle boarding. Great area for fishing and crabbing. Well-equipped kitchen, fireplace, gas grill, screened-in porch, game table & more!

The Cottage at Burroughs

The Cottage at Burroughs has recently been completely renovated. A short walk or bike ride to downtown Beaufort restaurants and shopping, it is also just steps away from the Spanish Moss Trail and a short drive to Parris Island. The Cottage has space to park your boat trailer and is one mile from the Downtown Marina and boat landing. A scenic drive through our barrier islands will take you to the beautiful beaches and trails at Hunting Island State Park - complimentary guest pass provided.

Welcome to Frog Cottage! This charming 1910 cottage blends historic character with modern comforts in the heart of Beaufort’s Historic District. Walk to the waterfront, shops, and local restaurants, then relax on the screened porch or by the fire pit in the private fenced yard. Explore historic streets, the Spanish Moss Trail, marsh kayaking, and more. Guests also enjoy a complimentary pass to Hunting Island State Park. Perfect for a romantic getaway or Lowcountry retreat.

Marley's Marshview Mecca

Kick back and enjoy the magnificent river view and breezes at this waterfront getaway in the historic Old Village of Port Royal. Two comfy bedrooms w/queen beds, two spacious bathrooms. Dog friendly and close to both downtown Beaufort and Parris Island. Fully fenced in back yard for our 4-legged guests! Fire pit, gas grill and 2 bikes available (just text us for the bike lock). Make yourself at home in our updated 1940s bungalow, the Flirty Flamingo. Less than a mile from Downtown Beaufort and just a block from the bay, you'll have easy access to the attractions of the area. Bring your bikes or rent some to enjoy the 10-mile Spanish Moss Trail, located just 0.4 miles away. Unwind in the Adirondack chairs under the massive live oak in the backyard. Plus, a pass to Hunting Island State Park (16 mi) is included! 9.1 miles to Parris Island

The Sweet Magnolia Cottage, a charming 1942 bungalow. Enjoy the front porch with its daybed swing while sipping on your favorite beverage. Cook out & enjoy the barbecue grill and back porch. The cottage is an easy 1 mile walk to the Historic Beaufort Riverfront’s restaurants, shops, ice cream. Take a horse drawn carriage ride and learn the history of this charming town. Its location is approximately 15-20 minutes to Parris Island & the air station. Pet friendly.

The White House

The “White House” sits off of Boundary St. convenient to all Beaufort has to offer. Just a few blocks from USCB and beautiful sunrises over the Beaufort River. All of Beaufort's restaurants and shops are within walking distance or bikes can be rented nearby. Beaufort Waterfront is home to a marina, public docks, kayak rentals, boat tours and a great time day or night. HI Beach Pass provided. Perfect place for couples to come work, relax, explore or rejuvenate.

The LowCountry Gump House sits minutes from Parris Island and downtown Beaufort’s Waterfront Park, with great restaurants close by. Enjoy open-concept living and easy access in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. A Hunting Island Beach pass is available during your stay, plus board games, and a coffee bar stocked with coffee, cream & sugar. A pack ’n play is tucked in the master closet if needed. Military receive 10% off the nightly rate.

Welcome to the Green House, a recently renovated and tastefully decorated historic three bedroom and two bathroom home bursting with Southern charm. This light and attractive home offers a downstairs master suite with a King Size bed and a recently remodeled full ensuite bathroom with tiled walk in shower. There are two additional Queen bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. Unfortunately no pets allowed.
