NOTE: While there are 2 other small Airbnb units on the property, this entire house is for your own use with NO shared areas. The pool and hot tub are all yours (not shared) with a 6ft privacy fence surrounding your entire backyard! PARTY POLICY: Poolside Paradise is nestled in a very quiet neighborhood. No parties of any kind are permitted. Violations of our house rules (excessive noise, smoking inside, extra guests) will lead to a fine of $250 and immediate cancellation of your reservation.

Master bedroom & ensuite bathroom are to the left side of the house with the second and third bedroom at the back.

Nestled on the banks of the NE Cape Fear River, this is the perfect place for a getaway. Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. Several restaurants and watering holes within walking distance as well. Bring your paddle boards (or rent nearby) for easy access to Banks Channel just at the end of the street. The upstairs unit is 3 bed 2 bath and is available for booking as well.
