Welcome to The Snug, our beautiful escape in Bombay Sapphire territory, on the banks of the River Test. Extended to include front door access from London St. Your suite incorporates an open plan lounge and kitchenette, wifi tv, breakfast bar, fridge, combination oven / microwave, washing machine etc through to a separate shower room and large comfy bedroom c/w luxurious cast iron bath. Located in the heart of the charming village of Burghfield Common it offers excellent links to Reading, Basingstoke, Newbury and London as well as offering woodland walks on the doorstep. Perfect for visiting relatives or whilst working at nearby AWE. Please note that the annexe is not available for "day use" and we will expect all guests to stay overnight.

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.
