A hidden gem; double room in quiet suburbA lovely, light, spacious attic double bedroom equipped with fridge, drink making facilities, TV and fitted wardrobes. In a pleasant suburb only 1.5 miles from city centre/universities and 6 miles to Peak District - private off-road parking space outside the house - local amenities, parks and plenty of buses - a short walk to antiques quarter. Would suit business or pleasure guests. Guests to my home will receive a warm welcome, and advice on the area as well as a comfy, peaceful stay.
