Our two storey apartment was built in 1810, is grade II listed and is part of the conservation area of Melbourne. Built by William Warren and Valentine Radford, it was traditionally the living quarters to a bakery below. It sits on floors two and three in a three storey building with a private entrance and it's own off street parking space to the rear.
