Monolocale panoramico nel cuore di Chiaia, dentro il parco privato di Villa Wenner. Ideale per una coppia o per una famiglia fino a 4 persone, Casa Wenner 1 unisce ciò che a Napoli è raro trovare insieme: posizione centrale, silenzio, verde e vista sul Golfo A pochi minuti a piedi trovi Piazza del Plebiscito, lungomare, Via Chiaia, Via Toledo, Teatro San Carlo e porto. Metro, funicolare e ascensore di Chiaia rendono semplici gli spostamenti verso centro storico, Vomero, isole, siti archeologici.

Two rooms overlooking the sea

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

Sea View Suite with Private Hot Tub & Terrace

This is a large suite with two terraces, an incredible bathroom with a large jacuzzi, an outdoor shower and dining area all inspired by my time in England and the former tropical colonies. The location is central and the view from the terrace is fantastic. Everything is brand new from the AC to the TV and the bed. Some furniture is antique from the 1800s. This suite is part of a small three-suite venue with the kitchen shared when you enter. We don’t have an elevator, you will need to walk up.

Guests can enjoy gorgeous sunsets and a peaceful time as the house is located in a quiet residential area. At the same time it's just a short walk from the town centre and archeological sites.
