This is a New ground floor private apartment with beautiful valley and garden views. There is an adjoining outdoor deck to relax and enjoy the beautiful garden and wildlife. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood with a private entrance. In just 2 minutes drive you are at the stunning Avoca Beach what is book-ended by two spectacular headlands, a paradise for lovers of sand, sun and surf. Just a 7 minute drive takes you to Terrigal, where you can drop into one of the rooftop bars or restaurants

Tranquil self-contained garden suite

The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Not suitable for children under 12.

Our Studio is fresh and inviting with spectacular ocean views from Terrigal to Norah Head Lighthouse. A fabulous view at night with all the lights up and down the coast. The beach walk along the ocean edge from North Avoca to Avoca main beach is so inviting where you can enjoy the local culinary delights and sights. Terrigal has a large selection of restaurants and bars where the fun crowd gather with lots of live music and entertainment at night and surf its famous beach during the day.

NEST AT BLUE BAY is a luxury couples accommodation situated in the middle of the two spectacular bays, Blue Bay and Toowoon Bay. Both beaches are just a 5 minute stroll away with the trendy local cafes and boutique restaurants in the village less than 200m away. Sunsets by the lake a must, 20 minute walk. Your clever, compact air conditioned Studio retreat is a 150m (you never need a taxi 😄) level walk to Terrigal 🌈Beach & it's choice of bars, cafes & restaurants. Wifi, USB charge points, kitchenette, coffee machine, linen and a large private balcony with seating for 6 and a BBQ. PLUS bonus Ralph - the border collie may be around! All my kids are adults now, live in Sydney & I want others to have fun in this great Studio. 4pm check out usually OK Sundays. ✔️

This 2 bedroom guest house is battle axed and has valley views. Walk to the lake and the beach in Avoca. New dwelling to enjoy. Please note there are a number of stairs to access cabin. Property not ideally suited for persons with mobility difficulties.

Blue Seas Avoca Beach

Blue Seas is a peaceful, unique place to stay overlooking Avoca Beach. There are two balconies for you to overlook South Avoca, the Greek Villa sleeps upto 4 people - 1 Queen and 1 Double fold out sofa Bed, 1 bathroom. It is a short walk down to the beach, south Avoca Flags, down to cafes, Cinema and restaurants. There is a small kitchenette attached to sofa room with fridge, toaster, health grill ,toaster and kettle.

Lakeside & 700 mtrs to sea - One bedroom Studio

Walk around the main house and watch pelicans and swans glide peacefully on the lake at the bottom of the garden. Listen to the kookaburras laughing as they perch in the trees. Savour a morning coffee or evening drink on the jetty. Enjoy a barbecue directly outside the studio or on the expansive travertine courtyard overlooking the lake.
