Der riesige Balkon ist das Herzstück unserer Apartments – ein Freiluftwohnzimmer, in dem man den Sonnenaufgang mit einer Tasse Kaffee oder den Sonnenuntergang mit einem Glas Wein erleben kann.

This private deluxe studio is located on the ground floor with a lovely sitting backyard surounded with flowers and fruit trees. Within few steps/seconds you are at the main square of Kokkari village, the port, beaches, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, Pharmacy, grocery shops, backery shop, rental cars, motorbikes, scooters, ATM machines, a bus stop and free parking places. It was renovated in 2020 and is designed in a traditional - modern taste. The architecture is unique and natural.

It was renovated in 2014 with care and taste, with wooden windows and fully equipped. Features a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace, a dining area, sleeping areas and a bathroom.
