House by the sea and The Seal Woman

A house on the edge of the cliff. Direct view form the living area of the famous statue "The Seal Woman" and the steepest mountains in the Faroe Island. On 1st floor there is kitchen and living room in one room. In the kitchen there are the normal facilities. There is also a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms that can accommodate 7 people. Outside the house there is a small balcony, where you can enjoy the spectacular view. You need to take a ferry to get to the house.

Unique cozy cottage

Lovely little cottage in a quiet environment, while still only a 25 min walk to the city center of Tórshavn. Free busses drive to the center and the stop is only a 8 min walk away. There are horses, sheep, geese and hens right outside. P.S. This place does not have a formal address. The location on the photo by google maps is correct, but the name of the address is not. Husets unikke placering gør det muligt at observere et varieret dyreliv af søfugle, enkelte sæle, fiskebåde, kaproningbåde og store cruisebåde helt tæt på. Dette lille hus er i 2 etager. I stueetagen er køkkenet og stuen samlet i et rum. På øvre etagen er soveværelset og badeværelset.

This house is build after a model from 1870. The atmosphere is there even you stay in a warm well equipped little cottage. Its 35 m2 big, and have one room and toilet and a small kitchen. A loft under the ceiling can host 2 persons extra. Keep in mind that there is still only one room to stay in. The house is in a charming village 40 km from Tórshavn.

"Hjá Polla-Vilhelm" is a house located in the old part of Tórshavn called Undir Ryggi. Its as central as it can be, and in a historical and beautiful neighbourhood. The house is an traditional faroese house, and was build in 1856. It has been renovated since, but only with the use of old materials. Adress is Undirryggi 7.
