Tre våningar med kök längst ner, vardagsrum på mellanplanet med bäddsoffa och utgång till balkong, högst upp vackert sovrum med underbar utsikt från franska balkonger. Welkom in ons dorpshuis "la casa di Vermes" in het 13 eeuwse dorp Apricale, op 1 minuut lopen van het plein in het dorp. Het huis is onlangs gerenoveerd in 2018/2019 en bestaat uit een comfortabele vertrekruimte,een volledig uitgeruste keuken met een vliering, een badkamer met toilet en douche. En een prachtig uitzicht op de omliggende heuvels. Het huis ligt in het hart van het dorp, waarvan het nog steeds de oorspronkelijke charme behoudt.
