The air-conditioned, third floor apartment sleeps four and has two bedrooms (one double and one twin). There are 42 steps up to the apartment, no lift. The fully equipped kitchen also has a washing machine for our guests' convenience. The large Lounge/Diner opens up onto a balcony. Check in at 3pm, check out at 10am.

Very sunny, it is located on the 1st floor and offers a fantastic view over the Baie des Anges. The accommodation suits to families, couples, business travelers and to big groups. The businesses are at the bottom of the building, bakery, tobacco, supermarket, post-office and self-service bike station.
