La casa è situata in una zona tranquilla, ha il giardino e una bella terrazza con tenda illuminata per poter pranzare all’esterno. Gli interni sono curati e ben arredati. L’alloggio possiede due bagni uno con doccia e uno con vasca. Si può utilizzare la lavastoviglie, il forno, la lavatrice, inoltre è disponibile un asciugacapelli è un piccolo ferro da stiro. La casa è molto confortevole e spaziosa. Si trova in una zona strategica per raggiungere velocemente le mete più rinomate del Trentino.

In Bolzano-Gries, very large apartment in villa with garden (private access) There are two bedrooms, one double, one with a 2 single or 1 double bed 2 bathrooms (one with shower, bidet, sink and toilet), another with only a toilet. A large ans spacious livingroom with 50' led tv and an very confortable kitchen..... When used by two people only in winter season the second bedroom will be kept closed. In case of use (in winter with heating) the second room costs 7 euros more per night.

The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 additional toilets and can accommodate 10 people. A selection of children's books and toys is available on site. 2 high chairs are also provided. Your private outdoor area includes 3 balconies and a barbecue.

Das Haus steht für sich alleine in Mitten der Natur: direkt unterhalb des Ski- und Wandergebietes Meran 2000 und nur 10km zur Stadt Meran. 170 Quadratmeter bieten Platz für acht bis zu 12 Personen. Der Garten ist sanft abfallend, gleich hinter den drei Lärchen, ca. 100meter entfernt, liegt unser anderes Chalet, das Chalet Leckplått. Private Bergblick Sauna.

Wir befinden uns in einem kleinen und ruhigen Dorf im Wipptal 3 km südlich von Sterzing, auf ca. 1000m Meereshöhe . Ca. 90 qm Erdgeschoss: Küche mit angrenzendem Steinkeller, Wohnzimmer, Tages WC. Obergeschoss: 2 Doppelbettschlafzimmer, Abstellraum, Badezimmer (2 Waschbecken, WC, Bidet, Dusche und Badewanne) Garten: Grill, Essgelegenheit und Liegewiese. Benutzung der Waschmaschine nach Absprache. Hochwertige Massivholzeinrichtung. Autoabstellplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Ferienhaus Gann - Greit

Das Ferienhaus Gann-Greit liegt auf 1300 m.ü.M in Villanders in ruhiger, idyllischer Lage abseits von Straßenlärm und Hektik. Das Haus wurde erst im Frühjahr 2024 fertig gestellt und steht unseren Gästen zur Gänze zur Verfügung. Der Wohnbereich teilt sich auf 2 Ebenen auf und bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Das Haus mit Blick auf die gegenüberliegenden Dolomiten ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für längere und kürzere Wanderungen.
