The farmhouse consists of two apartments. The decor is of a rural Egyptian nature. It is located in a quiet agricultural area suitable for weekends and short stays (transportation available). It has a spacious garden and places for children and groups. Activities available: barbecues, milking cows, herding sheep, riding donkeys, fishing, etc. Families and small groups are welcome. Pets are allowed. Unmarried couples and alcohol are not allowed. A farmer's family is present for help.

The villa is in king Mariot which is 35 kilometers away from the center of Alexandria. It’s better to have your own car with you or have a driver to call when you need a pickup. Welcome to Studio Carmen, located in Santorini Resort at Kilo 82, just across from Tolip Hotel. It’s 10-min to the beach and 20 mins from Al Alamein Mall. Nearby, you’ll find Sarai Market, Zahran Market, and a food court. The studio is on the 2nd floor. Please note: the elevator is not yet installed. Enjoy free beach access! A shuttle runs 4 times daily from 10 AM–1 PM, with returns from 3–6 PM (Beach is open from Mid-June till Mid-September)
