The home accommodates up to 10 people comfortably. The fully stocked kitchen is the heart of the home with new appliances and breakfast bar seating. Both baths have double sinks to make getting ready a breeze. Enjoy the private backyard space with a tranquil creek or walk to the nearby Monon Trail with over 25 miles of trails.

Historic 8 acre Property- Private Guest House

The guest house is a converted 100-year-old barn on a historic property in the heart of Carmel, Indiana. Sitting on 8-acres of land, you can enjoy the big open space of farm living while still being only a few minute drive to downtown Carmel. Start the day with a cup of coffee while watching deer roam the property. Then take a short ten-minute walk to explore the many shops, bars, and restaurants located nearby. Our desire is that our guests feel at home and relaxed during their stay.

Add’l fees for add’l guests & pets (no pit bulls) The upstairs has a king bed & down stairs a twin futon. This area is heavily wooded so the occasional critter can be seen & there will be spiders from time to time (part of wooded living).
