Stara kamena Kuća Filotea, obnovljena 2024. godine, nudi vam jedinstven odmor u miru i privatnosti. Cijeli objekt je samo vaš, dvorište je ograđeno kamenim zidom koji skriva poglede prolaznika, bez direktnih susjeda, vlasnik živi 200m dalje. Vanjski bazen sa sustavom elektrolize morske soli, 3 klimatizirane spavaće sobe, 3 kupaonice, unutarnja i vanjska kuhinja, internet, playstation4, 4 SmartTV, pikado, pješčanik za djecu, stolni nogomet, garantiraju vam prekrasan odmor. Ova nova, moderna kuća smještena je u Zemuniku Donjem, 10km od Zadra. Idealan odabir za obitelji s djecom. Nalazi se na ograđenom imanju sa bazenom, travnjakom, roštiljem i velikim parkingom. Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ). Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment

The house has a small tennis court, a football field and children playground.Our guests have private parking, free WiFi and barbecue. All contents are private.
