The Beach House

Gorgeous beach house with all the comforts of home, situated in a tranquil private beach estate. The home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (main ensuite), fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Laundry room with washer/drier combo plus iron. The lounge is fitted with a flat screen smart TV with fibre & DSTV. An indoor braai room / fireplace which opens out onto the back yard, where there is a boma and bench. The rear gate leads to the pristine Mile 16 white sandy beach, approximately 25m away.

The house is on the same erf as the main house but has a private entrance, private parking area and private outdoor socializing area.
