The property is located in the pretty little village of Bainton situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds close to many tourist destinations such as Beverley, Hull, York and the east coast. The cottage has a private gravelled garden area with outdoor furniture, set within one acre of private land and includes off road parking. We welcome two well behaved dogs but they must not be left unattended.

This one bedroom annex is part of a 200 year old barn conversion. Based in the Nidderdale area of outstanding natural beauty, the accommodation has its own private access and garden with seating area, internally the annex can accommodate 2 people and one friendly dog,unfortunately we can't accept Labradors due to the shedding of there coats, (please ensure you register your dog when booking). It is a five minute drive from the historic village of Haworth (a very dog friendly place for visitors with furry friends) and is a perfect location for visiting the Brontë parsonage where the Brontë sisters lived and the moors which inspired their writing, the Yorkshire Dales, Ilkley and Saltaire.

We converted the Old Piggery over 20 years ago, and have recently done a full refurbishment. It now has a cosy snug with a sofa as well as a lounge with far-reaching views. There is an ensuite bathroom and downstairs, a shower and toilet. The bedroom is on a mezzanine floor with a king-sized, chunky farmhouse bed with an extremely comfortable mattress. The lounge area has a Laura Ashley sofa and snuggle chair positioned to take in a far-reaching views or a 43 inch TV if you prefer!

Located directly on the Nidderdale Way it is a perfect location for cyclists and walkers.
