Experience the magic of Lapland in the stunning luxury villa! This newly built villa (4 rooms+kitchen+sauna) in the heart of Äkäslompolo combines modern design with a cozy atmosphere. Enjoy breathtaking views of the fells, lake and Northern Lights from the windows. Three bedrooms (6 guests) + sofa bed (2 guests). Ski track 20 m, lake 50 m, shops 150 m, Skibus 300 m. Condominium has lakeside sauna and hot tub, booked with a separate fee. It is also possible to dip in the lake throughout the year.

Äkäsvilla A - hirsihuvila Äkäslompolossa

Uusi uniikki, tunnelmallinen paritalomökki valmistunut jouluksi 2023. Äkäsvilla on laatutietoisen lomailijan hirsimökki uudella Röhkömukanmaan alueella Äkäslompolossa Ylläksellä. Mökki majoittaa 6+2 vierasta. Mökki sijaitsee hiihtolatujen (500m), rinteiden (1.5km) ja luontopolkujen välittömässä läheisyydessä. Olohuone/keittiön isoista pohjoisen taivaalle suunnatuista ikkunoista voit ihailla tunturimaisemaa ja iltojen pimetessä nähdä tahtitaivaan ja revontulten loimut. Kauppaan 3km.

Stay North - Villa Housu

Set in Äkäslompolo near Ylläs ski resort, Housu is a thoughtfully designed home accommodating up to 9 guests. Completed in 2023 with architect Otso Virtanen and the interior designed by Fyra, reflecting meticulous craftsmanship. Finnish spruce defines the warm interior, complementing the Arctic surroundings. Lapissa Äkäslompolon kylän keskustassa sijaitseva saunallinen pieni vanhan porojen polun varrella oleva mökkimme on oiva kohde yhdelle tai kahdelle hengelle. Mökin saunassa saat nauttia perinteisen puulämmitteisen saunan löylyistä. Kaikki kylän palvelut ovat kävellen tavoitettavissa ja bussit lentokentälle tai juna-asemalle lähtevät parin sadan metrin päästä läheisen hotellin pihalta. Uusi ja avara 66 neliön huvila sekä puulämmitteinen hirsisaunalla ulkona tarjoavat hyvät puitteet rentoutumiseen. Hiihto- ja vaellusreiteille pääset huvilan pihasta. Yksi alueen suosituimmista reiteistä, reitti Kukas-tunturille, on kävelymatkan päässä. Mökki sijaitsee rauhallisella ja valottomalla alueella jolloin revontulien näkeminen on mahdollista. Äkäslompolon kylän palveluihin on matkaa 3km ja Skibus-pysäkki on 1km päässä. Huvilassa on kolme erillistä nukkumistilaa.
