This is a unique modern home on a beautiful setting. A circular, 15 sided layout with lots of light overlooking Keuka Lake. Well furnished in a country setting. Enjoy the fresh air and quiet. Internet from TMobile 5G. No network TV included. Guests should bring their own media devices. A HDMI compatible TV is provided. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This creatively furnished cottage located just off ny state rte 14 which is seneca lake wine trail. It is only minutes from many wineries and only 15 minutes from watkins glen. The house has a full kitchen with cooking basics and a k-cup coffee maker 3 bedrooms with king size beds. A stream flowing right through the back yard. There are toys and games and a hot tub. There's some noise from the traffic on rte 14 but peaceful otherwise.

Welcome to Keuka lake in this beautiful home that boasts 3 master suites. The living room has a panoramic view of Keuka Lake. There is a deck off the top floor and a patio off the first floor to sit and enjoy the lake view as well. From the downstairs patio you are only a few steps to the beach. At the end of the dock the lake is only 3 feet deep so it’s excellent for swimming. Everything in this house is new and very clean. We are a mile from downtown Penn Yan.
