The beach house on the hill

Our little studio is attached to our house, therefore you might hear us from time to time. It’s a beach style place , where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast on your own private patio. Please note that there is a simple outdoor kitchen, with sink ,BBQ, fridge, kettle and microwave. You have a private entrance via the front yard ( as seen on one of the photos). Our neighbourhood is quite , and you might see some of our beautiful wildlife, like colourful Rainbow Lorikket and kangaroos

With a sparkling 12metre pool with glass edge, looking out over the trees and with unhindered views to Mount Coolum and spacious decks, 60m2 undercover open area and beautiful gardens to enjoy during the day and fire-pit for the evenings. Fall asleep with the sounds of the Ocean. Rainforests short walk nearby.

Luxury Retreat: Ocean views & direct beach access

Relax just metres from the beach in a bespoke, architectural house designed for relaxation, comfort and fun. Fully equipped with all luxury modern conveniences, and with the whole family in mind, you can relax by the pool, by the fire pit, in our outdoor bath, observatory deck, or slide down the double corkscrew slide, or simply enjoy the beach views from the deck. Please note this is a family house and not suitable for groups of 12 adults (maximum of 8 adults & 4 children).

When we say beachfront, we mean right-on-the-dunes, waves-lulling-you-to-sleep, next-stop-sand, absolute beachfront. Check the surf from your own deck, then step out the gate and have your feet in the sand seconds later with a direct path onto the beach. And of course, a fully equipped kitchen and living areas, fun beach vibes and plenty of room for everyone, all just 5 min to Coolum.
