Our self-contained studio apartment has a shower room, store room, well equipped kitchen, superking bed ( Available as 2x3ft. singles if required), a terrace & garden overlooking open countryside with uninterrupted views of the Cleveland Hills & Captain Cook's Monument. It is a 3 min drive/15min walk to the bustling town of Stokesley where there are restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, supermarkets, take-aways, a weekly Friday market and a popular Farmers' Market on the 1st Saturday of the month.

Centrally located in the fantastic village of Gainford which is set on the banks of the River Tees. The Nook is a beautifully appointed modern and bright two bedroom apartment, full of charm and character which overlooks the village. This recently refurbished modern Airbnb is attached to our home. Either host will be available during your stay. The small kitchen / diner is at the front of the property. Facilities include: Electric hob and single oven, combination microwave / oven, fridge- freezer, toaster, dining table / chairs and TV. We have 3 double bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. 20 minutes walk from railway station, 10 minutes drive from the motorway and 15 minute drive from Tees Valley airport.

Well equipped studio. Plenty of space for 3 to relax after a day of sightseeing. Unwind in the spacious walk in shower. Enjoy a relaxing drink in the garden or the large patio ( with or without the goats!). Perhaps even a BBQ ( gas BBQ available on request). Pop over the village green to the pub. Cosy down and prepare for your next adventure watching satellite T.V. Cook a light meal or order a take away. Very peaceful location and very comfortable accommodation.
