50 metres from the footprint of the Minoan and Alatsolini beach and a breath away from all the beautiful beaches of Xerokampos, Rena's place is a quiet, cozy retreat for visitors who appreciate the simple things in life and the nature. The house offers two seperate sleeping spaces for a total of 8 guests and is ideal for exploring the beautiful landscapes of southeastern Crete (E4 path, places for hiking, beautiful beaches etc). Unobstructed view of the sea, wifi access and a large parking area.

Blue and Sea vol2

Blue and sea vol2 is an ideal holiday home. The house is literally on the sea. It's comfortable and bright, with rest areas. On its large veranda-balcony you can enjoy the view and relax. It is close to Koutsouras, Makrygialos where there are Super Markets and restaurants, coffee shops etc. Near to home there are the organized beaches of Achlia, Galini, Agia Fotia. Nearby villages for exploring the mountains Oreino, the Shinokapsala, and the famous Dasaki of Koytsoyra with a local taverna.

Stay in a lovely newly refurbished Cottage with a spacious garden in the middle of an olive growth. It self contained with an Airconditioning unit, a fully equipped kitchen, a luxurious bathroom and private garden and entrance. This cozy cottage with a double bed and a sofa can accommodate up to 3 people. The cottage is a 4-minute walk from the beach and a 5-minute drive to Palekastro's square. Its amazing location is perfect for someone who wants to relax and discover the area.

Το aloe apartment βρίσκεται στο Ξερόκαμπο σε απόσταση 50m από την παραλία Μαζιδά Άμμος. Το διαμέρισμα έχει θέα στο Λιβυκό Πέλαγος. Το διαμέρισμα περιλαμβάνει δύο υπνοδωμάτια, ένα μπάνιο με μπανιέρα, εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με ψυγείο και φούρνο και τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης. Βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 50m από mini market και 500m από ταβέρνες. Οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να χαλαρώσουν στη μεγάλη αυλή και να απολαύσουν τη θέα. Πλησιέστερο αεροδρόμιο είναι το αεροδρόμιο Σητείας σε απόσταση 40Km.

Stavlaki • Stone duplex small village house

Μικρή πέτρινη μεζονέτα στο παραδοσιακό και διατηρητέο Βυζαντινό χωριό 'Λιθίνες'. Βρίσκεται μόλις 8χλμ από τις πανέμορφες παραλίες της νότιας Κρήτης και 25χλμ από το αεροδρόμιο της Σητείας. Στα 276 μέτρα υψόμετρο, το ιδιαίτερα ήπιο κλίμα του χωριού προσφέρει γρήγορη ξεκούραση και χαλάρωση. Το σπίτι είναι φωτεινό, δροσερό, ιδανικό για ένα ζευγάρι και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι και τέσσερα άτομα. Στο χωριό υπάρχουν δύο μίνι μάρκετ και δύο παραδοσιακές ταβέρνες.

Memories House - 3 mins walk to the Argilos Beach

Ευρύχωρη μονοκατοικία με μεγάλη βεράντα και απρόσκοπτη θέα στη θάλασσα. Φιλοξενεί έως 4 επισκέπτες στα δύο υπνοδωμάτια (1 διπλό κρεβάτι και δύο μονά). Στους εσωτερικούς χώρους υπάρχουν κλιματιστικά, στο σαλόνι και στα δύο υπνοδωμάτια. Ολα τα παράθυρα και οι μπαλκονόπορτες διαθέτουν σίτες. Η κουζίνα είναι εξοπλισμένη με πλυντήριο πιάτων, καφετιέρα espresso, καφετιέρα φίλτου, τοστιέρα, βραστήρα, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, ψυγείο και με όλα τα σκεύη μαγειρικής.

Παραδοσιακό ανακαινισμένο χωριάτικο αγροτικό σπίτι, σε μικρό οικισμό, στην κρητική ύπαιθρο με θέα στη θάλασσα. Οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να απολαύσουν την ηρεμία και τη γαλήνη της κρητικής φύσης, μακριά από τον θόρυβο και την πολυκοσμία του μαζικού τουρισμού. Το χωριάτικο κρητικό σπίτι είναι γεμάτο με ιστορία και παράδοση. Η διαβίωση σε αυτό προκαλεί τον επισκέπτη να φανταστεί την καθημερινή ζωή των κρητικών παλαιότερων γενεών και τις τοπικές παραδόσεις.

Mandarini House

Mandarini House is located at Choclakies,a small village 10 km (8min drive) from Palekastro on the way to Zakros.It was built in 1935 and fully restored in 2019.In this small village live 12 people and its at the heart of Sitia ‘s UNESCO Global Geopark.The starting point to pass through the gorge and get at the Karoumes beach is here. This house is located near one of the most amazing beaches of Xerokampos. This building contains two apartments that is available for renting and is fully equipped so as guests feel like home. Its pro is that is located next to a mini market and the beach is 100m far. There is a courtyard, with a total area of 2 acres, that has no garden and is yet to be finished, as shown in the last picture. There is just soil and no trees.
