Spacious back yard with beautiful patio furniture which gives onto beautiful pond. Fully equipped kitchen with Wolf stove. Lots of sun on this property. Quiet back patio area with barbecue and patio furniture. Fireplace available in the winter months. We use cotton linen and towels. Pool open in May. Pool heating is an additional cost.

A cozy hideaway conveniently located 12 minutes walk from Gurney's Beach Resort, 16 minute walk from public path to beach, and 6 minutes drive from Montauk town for restaurants and nightlife. Good for couples and solo adventurers, the space is private and homey, with outdoor shower and Chimenea fire pit. The main house is 65ft away, but we honor your privacy. The cottage comes with WiFi, window A/C and complimentary coffee or tea. Parking for 1 car

Whaling Captain Pierson's Apartment TOO is at a waterfront property. An apartment in one of the contributing homes which define Sag Harbor as a historic village. The house is a 7 minutes’ walk from the center of historic Sag Harbor Village. It is the only house and apartment offering a vast, picturesque, panoramic view of beautiful Sag Harbor Cove from Main Street as well as spectacular sunsets. The spacious house with 4 large bedrooms (all with an en-suite bathroom) is only minutes from the Sag Harbor Village center. The private bayside beach is warmer and safer to swim (especially for kids) than the Atlantic coast. The house could also be a great base for a weekend trip with the Woelffer and Channing Daughters wineries only a short drive away.
