Base Camp 49 is a purpose built micro resort of four two-bedroom nightly rental homes, sleeping up to 6 guests each. Located on the ski trails in the heart of Mazama and the bank of the Methow River. All cabins enjoy covered patios, propane fire pits, and stunning views. Each casita is tastefully furnished with modern décor making the perfect place to relax and build memories. The individual units are named after the nearby mountains: Goat Peak, Sandy Butte, Flagg Mountain and Lucky Jim Bluff.

Alpine Woods cabin close to trails, ski in/out

Alpine Woods features a long driveway set back in the woods for a private feel. The cabin's open floor plan and high ceilings throughout make it feel spacious. The large backyard is great for outdoor games, socializing and relaxing. In winter the plowed, flat roads make for easy driving. Ski-in, ski-out access. Great location, close drive to North Cascade trails, Mazama (3.5 miles), Winthrop (11 miles) and the Methow Valley Community Trail and suspension bridge within walking distance.

Scenic Mountain Cabin, Modern - Incredible Views

Methow valley custom home, far above the Methow river and Columbia valley. Nearly 360 degree views - west into the Sawtooth mountains, north up the Methow river and North Cascades and East to the Columbia river and eastern wheat fields. You get the whole place to yourselves, lots of privacy and quiet, at the top of the mountains. We have recently expanded the patio in the front to 300+ square feet, with a gas BBQ and a new picnic table. It's a great place to hang out, morning or evening.

Cozy and comfortable Studio w/ private entrance & 500' river front in Carlton, WA. Queen bed, WIFI, Dish Network TV, Toaster, Microwave, Coffee Pot, Keurig, Full size Refrigerator/Freezer. Sorry, no cooking inside, there's a Blackstone Propane Griddle on the deck with cookware. Walk in shower with glass doors. Private deck with seating, propane fire pit (usable winter only), hot tub. Enjoy the yard, hammock, pick fresh fruit (in season), follow the path to the river and fish (in season)

Minutes to Mazama and 10 mins to Winthrop. EV charger J1772 You will be surrounded by hundreds of miles of XC trails, biking, hiking trails, beautiful lakes and rivers. Easy flat winter access. Our cabin was build in 2018 with traditional cabin feel done in a modern way. Gourmet kitchen, 3 bd, 2 bath, large open common area, dining room, open loft with TV, and foosball table. AC. Dog friendly with approval but pets do require extra cleaning, we ask for a pet fee of $80 per Dog.

Camp Howard

Camp Howard, built in 2018, was designed to blend modern luxury into the expansive nature of Nason Ridge. The home sits 2000 feet above sea level, perched on top of 5 acres of ponderosa forest in the foothills of Cashmere mountain. The rarities of the Pacific Northwest are a short drive away: Alpine skiing 25 minutes to the west at Stevens Pass, Bavarian treats 20 minutes south in Leavenworth, and recreation at Lake Wenatchee just moments north. Cascade Cabin is nestled in a beautiful forested community located between Mazama and Winthrop. Our cabin features a modern chef's kitchen, spacious open living and dining area, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. High speed Wifi is available for remote work, or just unplug and enjoy all the valley has to offer. Incredible XC ski and mountain bike trails, epic hiking, rock climbing and more surround us in the Methow Valley. 5 minutes to Mazama Store; 12 minutes to Winthrop.

This light-filled home is the perfect escape. Artemisia is within walking distance of the cafes, restaurants, and shopping of Winthrop but feels miles away. After an active day of skiing, hiking, fly fishing, or just relaxing, you can kick back and take in the expansive views of Mount Gardner. Have dinner at one of the many nearby restaurants or stay in and take advantage of the well-stocked kitchen with induction range. It's a peaceful, laid-back gathering place.
