Ivy Cottage

The cottage is lovely and spacious and is attached to our house which has an acre of established garden with plenty of space for children. There is an open fire for lovely cosy evenings in and the logs are all supplied. It is only 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk into Bridlington town centre. It is a tranquil setting with no traffic noise and can be rented as a one bedroom house or as a double and a twin. The price quoted for 2 adults will be for the use of the main bedroom only.

Byre Cottage - 5* Stone Cattle shed Conversion.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

The Pump House @ Pockthorpe

The Pump House is nestled within the Ancient village of Pockthorpe in the beautiful countryside of East Yorkshire. It is a renovated 200 year old farm building which has been lovingly restored to retain its original features including a deep well with glass top (reinforced!) pulleys and metal work. Whether you're seeking a romantic retreat or a fun-filled getaway, The Pump House offers a haven for relaxation or as a base to explore the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds and amazing coastline.

West End Farm Lodge

Spacious 3 bedroom cottage available as a whole separate property. Off road parking, small enclosed garden. Ideal for families with main bedroom with super king bed, another room with 2 single beds sharing family bathroom, walk in shower. Downstairs is a double room with adjacent shower room. Situated in the village just off the road overlooking our family farm. Dogs are welcome - just let us know. Opportunity to visit the horses by arrangement including mares & foals in the summer.

This chalet is only 5years old. bi-fold doors let you bring the outside in. you walk straight out on to a large grassed area. only 5 minutes walk to the all year around dog friendly beach. beds made up for your arrival. Many places of interest for you to enjoy within a few miles of the chalet

Carol's Chalet provides the perfect blend both a modern and traditional holiday getaway chalet by the coast; it has 3 bedrooms - a master double bed, a bunk bed room, and a further bunk bed room comprising of a double and single bed - sleeping up to 6 people. A great location and an amazing panoramic view of Bridlington's south bay.... A cozy hideaway for one....or two.... This "penthouse apartment" is at the very top of our building so you need to be fairly fit....or very determined!.... to get there.... but the experience.. (and the view)... is worth the climb!! Fully self-contained and with stunning views.... we love it... and lived there for many years.... until the "many years" caught up with us!! Come and stay.... and see!!

We are next door to South Cliff Holiday park, where you will find Makis entertainment complex, with bar and restaurant, mini supermarket, cafe and fish and chip shop.
