Private Studio in Historic Home

Adorable, spacious studio in a safe, quiet neighborhood. This historic home is split into two apartments, you will be staying in the apartment that occupies a portion of the second floor(this is where you’ll find you kitchen) and the entirety of the third floor. There are stairs that must be navigated into this unit!!! The bedroom is on the 3rd floor. Strict quiet hours 9p-8a and no loud music, yelling, etc anytime time of the day. It is 15 minutes from interstate I-65, approximately 20 minutes to downtown Lafayette and approximately 30 minutes to Purdue University. Papaw’s barn is a detached building away from the main house with parking. If you enjoy relaxing views of the country, in the middle of Indiana heartland, this is the place for you!

Cozy Cottage

Camden is in a small farming community in Carroll County. You may even see a horse and buggy go by in the morning. We have a great breakfast and lunch place 2 blocks away. Outside of town you have to visit the 218 Market that has great baked goods and lots of other goodies. Delphi is 7 miles away and has several good restaurants, trails to hike and the Wabash & Erie Canal Center. We are a short drive to Lafayette and Purdue via the Heartland highway.
