The unit has vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors, a complete kitchen with dishwasher. In winter the wood fire place keeps the place cosy. In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. To keep the building sustainable, there is solar hot water & power & rain tanks.

The house is conveniently located in a quiet neighbourhood near the Geelong CBD which lets you relax from the hustle and bustle of city life, but it's close enough to the Waterfront, GMHBA Stadium as well as any town or tourist attractions on the Bellarine Peninsula.
