This spacious vacation home is located inside a gated golf course community that feels deep in the forest. Amenities: golf, tennis, pickleball, a hot tub, gym. Close to fishing, kayaking, whitewater rafting, GSMNP, 2 national forests, a casino, restaurants, SMRailroad etc. The house has a large kitchen and den with a pool table and fireplace. Mountain top cabin with long range views!!! Like most mountain roads in Bryson City, It'll be a bumpy ride up the partially gravel road to our cabin,,,, Our driveway is steep! AWD isn't needed (our Nissan Altima does great) It can be intimidating at first, but you will conquer and in no time enjoy the challenge! The cabin is in a mountain community called Ocona Lake Estates. Located 5 miles from Bryson City and 5 miles from Cherokee NC/ Oconaluftee Visitor. Catoloochee Ski resort is 18 miles.

Cabin is less than 2 years old and has a new hot tub. It is located in a small neighborhood right next to Deep Creek and Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The cabin is just a 2 minute walk to the creek and the neighborhood has a communal lot along the creek with steps to get in/out. You can tube from inside the National Park all the way down to the neighborhood and get out at the shared lot. The house is best suited for couples but up to 3 or 4 can stay with the sleeper loveseat. 100mb Wifi.

We're also close to the action; only a 15 minute drive from 2 gorgeous mountain towns, Smoky Mountain National Park, and the Cherokee Reservation/Casino.

Maggies has a covered front porch, rocking chairs a hot tub, firepit and charcoal grill. Outside you can hear the creek which really makes it peaceful. The location is very convenient being less than 5 minutes to downtown Bryson City. We are pet friendly with additional pet fee.
