This is a self contained 1 bedroomed suite with separate entrance on the ground level of a modern home. Fitted out to a high standard with large lounge with single daybed, fridge, microwave, kettle,coffee plunger and toaster. A separate bedroom with comfortable double bed and one bathroom. Parking outside suite (no turnaround) or street. Public transport 5 minutes away or 8 minutes by car to the central city. One large bedroom and a large bathroom with a great full pressure shower. Only minutes walk from public transport, cafes, bars and gym. Walking distance to Ellerslie race course. Lovely inner city suburb of Auckland. There is lots of parking on our quiet street. Smokers, a great out door area to relax.
